Poste
- Align departmental resource management with broader organizational objectives.
- Oversee cash flow activities, ensuring fund availability and efficient surplus management.
- Supervise banking processes, including reconciliations and cash movement accounting.
- Assess, recommend, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks related to market fluctuations.
- Develop forecasts for cash flow and liquidity while preparing necessary financial reports.
- Serve as the key liaison for banking interactions and contract management.
- Maintain strong internal controls to mitigate fraud risks and ensure compliance with policies.
- Oversee third-party account data governance, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Manage receivables, implement collection strategies, and monitor credit risk.
- Utilize and oversee treasury management tools to enhance cash forecasting, risk management, and overall financial efficiency.
- Lead and develop a small team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and departmental effectiveness.
Profil
- Possess a university degree or master’s in Treasury, Finance, Credit Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury and credit management.
- Have experience in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years
- Skilled in the use of standard office tools.
- Proficient in department-specific software, particularly SAP.
- Capable of meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent financial analysis abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
- Effective communicator with strong team management skills.
- Fluent in both French and English
The compensation is based on a basic salary x 13 months, performance-based bonus, company car, pension plan, health insurance and attractive industry related benefits.
