We are looking for a SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER
Position
Your contribution to our success
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines: intake/kickoff, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer, and closing.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria.
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, events) to engage both active and passive talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles; conduct market mapping and share competitive intelligence.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, structured assessment, and consistent feedback loops.
- Track and interpret recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and translate insights into action.
- Facilitate interviewer training and calibration; coach hiring teams on competency-based, structured, and unbiased interviewing.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding/Marketing to strengthen our EVP, craft compelling job ads, and represent the company at events.
- Lead or contribute to TA improvement projects (process optimization, technology adoption, referral programs, agency management).
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards, data privacy, and employment regulations; uphold data integrity in ATS.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters; promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the TA team.
- Partner with HRBPs and People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and closed-loop feedback on hiring outcomes.
Profile
Your Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments; proven success engaging passive candidates and filling niche/senior roles.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations; resilient in the face of change; and easily adapt to new situations.
- Client oriented with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable setting expectations and driving alignment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate advocacy skills; high integrity and confidentiality.
- Data-driven approach; proficient in building reports and using insights to improve decision-making.
- Knowledge of structured interviewing, competency frameworks, diversity hiring practices, and relevant employment law.
- Expertise with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
