EMEA Supply Chain Director H/F

Based in our Campus close to Lyon, the EMEA Supply Chain Director is accountable for Supply Chain

offer and fulfilling commitments to customers at the best cost inside the regional network

 

Your mission :

  • Ensures the customer service and defines supply chain offer at the optimal cost, optimizing the regional hubs network -in link with primary network managed by central logistics – and through local optimized transportation
  • Validates and keeps up-to-date service level agreements between DCs and subs inside the region and ensures their proper application
  • Utilizes demand managers network to animate the local and regional forecasting processes, in collaboration with marketing and finance, in order to ensure regional coherence with market trends, customer impacts as well as new key product introductions
  • Ensures proper order processing, with shared service centers and finance, from entry to delivery, to optimize the customer service and be proactive in projects and collaboration with customers
  • In alignment with other regions, continuously improves and harmonizes processes and Supply Chain team skills within his/her region
  • Leads the team, manages and monitors team’s workload and performance; defines objectives, methods and skills needed, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations; drives budget/resources for his scope

Profil

  • Master’s degree ideally with specialization in Supply Chain and/or Int’l Transportation/Customs
  • More than 10 years of experience including 5 years in Supply Chain
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment (Expertise)
  • Ability to show both firmness and diplomacy (Expertise)
  • Sense of ownership (Expertise)
  • Customer / Business oriented (Expertise)
  • Good Knowledge of at least 2 of the key-functions of supply chain: forecasting / planning / customer service / logistics
