Our client is a well-established Telecom and ICT company in Luxembourg with over 20 years of expertise. They are a leading alternative telecommunications provider in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, employing more than 200 professionals and operating primarily across Europe.
We are seeking a skilled Business Developer with proven experience in Luxembourg or neighboring cross-border markets. In this role, you will manage a client portfolio, contribute to the sales strategy, achieve ambitious goals, and grow your professional network.
Position
- Manage and develop high-potential customers throughout the entire sales cycle, focusing on Data, ISP, Voice, and Data Center services and solutions.
- Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and identifying new opportunities across various sectors, including industry, finance, banking, and insurance.
- Take a proactive approach to improving sales processes, staying attuned to market trends, and presenting innovative ideas to both management and customers.
- Provide internal stakeholders with regular updates on forecasts, KPIs, and the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales, contributing to the implementation and refinement of the company’s sales strategy.
- Execute targeted sales actions to meet defined objectives and ensure consistent achievement of goals.
- Expand your professional network and identify opportunities for personal and business development.
- Deliver comprehensive and regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Profile
- Relevant experience in Luxembourg or cross-border markets as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Executive in Telecom, ICT, or IT managed services.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to drive account management processes with a strong sales orientation.
- Exceptional active listening, customer focus, and solution-oriented mindset, paired with persistence and diligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and keen interest in new technologies and working models.
- Significant experience and success in telecommunications, ICT, or related sectors.
- Skilled in prospecting, marketing, and negotiation, with in-depth knowledge of the economic and telecom/ICT market landscape.
- Autonomous decision-maker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and English or German and English.
